Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Mon–Thu) ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM ship on Monday. Delivery timelines begin once the order is shipped, not when it is placed.
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control. Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
